Apply for an ISA online
Through Baker Gladstone & York Direct you are able to invest in a Stocks & Shares ISA or alternatively investment funds outside of the ISA ‘wrapper’. Please be aware that you are only allowed to have one Stocks & Shares ISA provider in any single tax year.
The current ISA limits are:
- £10,200. Up to £5,100 of that can be saved in cash with one provider. The rest can be invested in an investment ISA with either the same or a different provider.
If you wish to invest an amount that exceeds the ISA limits, you will need to invest the excess over the ISA allowances into investment funds. Similarly if you already have a Stocks & Shares ISA for the current tax year, you will need to invest via the investment funds.
